  From the inception of the project, we work together with our clients and their architects to review cost, value, quality, maintainability and life expectancy of each building system and component, to determine which recommendations will best meet the needs of our clients, reducing or eliminating unwanted costs, increasing value, improving function quality and life cycle, while reducing the environmental impact.
• Construction Management:
  Our approach to construction management services is to maintain the budget and schedule as if it were our own. From the outset, we inquire and listen to the client, and align the best design team, the best subcontractors and craftsmen, and the best cost-value relation to build each customer’s dream home with the highest quality in the industry.

Our Project Management Philosophy:

• Strict finance management:
  We approach every project with a flexible and open book policy throughout the life cycle of the project. All Jobs are accounted separately with their individual bank accounts and there is no commingling of costs.
• Accurate reporting:
  We provide monthly cost Schedules and Bank Reconciliations, proof of all checks to sub-contractors are provided, and the appropriate Lien Wavers as required by you and your council.
• Strategic Partnerships:
  We promote an environment where the safety of our workforce is paramount, open and effective communication is encouraged, on-time payment is expected, and treating one another fairly, and with respect, is the rule.
